South Africa’s post-apartheid human territory is the subject of my painterly enquiry. I am interested in bearing witness through my own experience having grown up in South Africa, and returned in May 2018 to ‘Take another look’. Attitudes reflected in interviews, conversations and art examine this socio-political ruin, and inform my current work.
